As a Loan Processor at Blue Sky Bank, your primary responsibilities include:
• Processing and preparing loan documents for commercial, consumer, and real estate loans using Laser Pro and Decision Pro.
• Ordering real estate title work, real estate flood certificates, and credit reports.
• Ordering Appraisal and Appraisal Reviews, as necessary.
• Reviewing attorney-prepared loan documents for accuracy prior to loans closing and funding.
• Reviewing transactions for loan policy exceptions and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements prior to producing documents.
• Coordinating with title companies for real estate closings.
• Initiating all funding entries for loan disbursements.
• Performing review of UCC/EFS searches and completing all necessary UCC/EFS filings.
• Completing filing of mortgages and deed of trusts.
• Completing filing of bank lien for titled collateral.
• Uploading and scanning closed loans to core and fund.
• Performing other responsibilities as assigned by management.
Key Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or other business-related fields, or equivalent experience (preferred).
Experience: 3 years of commercial loan processing experience at a financial institution required.
