What You’ll Do:
- Source & Develop Talent: Build local networks, recruit top-tier Independent Agents, and represent our agency at hiring events and seminars.
- Field Training: Mentor and support Independent Agents during sales visits, mastering our proven sales process and providing ongoing guidance.
- Lead & Inspire: Facilitate team meetings, webinars, and training sessions to drive success and foster collaboration.
- Drive Results: Work with your team to hit production goals, grow our market presence, and deliver exceptional client experiences.
What You Bring:
- Skills: Problem-solving, adaptability, results-driven mindset, and a passion for continuous learning.
- Experience: 3 years of stable work history with a proven sales track record. Sales team management experience is a plus!
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- License: Valid Health/Life Insurance License.
