Overview:
Sculpt Fitness is seeking energetic and passionate Group Fitness Class Instructors to join our team. As a Class Instructor, you will be responsible for leading group fitness classes that motivate and inspire members of all fitness levels. This role requires a dynamic personality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create a positive and inclusive class environment.

Requirements:
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire participants of all fitness levels.
- Strong knowledge of group fitness principles and techniques.
- Punctual, responsible, and detail-oriented.
- Certified Group Fitness Instructor from a recognized certifying body (e.g., AFAA, ACE).
- CPR/AED certification required.
- Prior group fitness instruction experience preferred.
- Successful completion of all relevant training programs.
Environment:
- The working environment is inside the Sculpt Fitness facility.
- Working hours vary and may include mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- This position offers part-time and full-time hours.
Direct Report:
- This position reports to the Sculpt Fitness Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and lead group fitness classes such as yoga, Pilates, Zumba, cycling, and strength training.
- Demonstrate exercises and ensure participants perform them correctly to avoid injury.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and motivating class environment.
- Adapt classes to suit varying fitness levels and abilities.
- Track class attendance and participant progress.
- Maintain a clean and organized class area.
- Promote Sculpt Fitness programs and services.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and techniques.
- Be punctual and on time for all classes.
Dress Code:
- Wear company staff shirt and athletic clothes.
- Sneakers must always be worn (no boots, heels, open-toe shoes, or sandals).
- Maintain a well-groomed and neat appearance.
