Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strong, hands-on leadership to a team of account executives, driving consistent quota attainment and revenue growth across assigned territories.
- Establish a culture of accountability, motivation, and continuous improvement through personalized coaching, ongoing training, and strategic guidance.
- Monitor pipeline health, sales activity, and deal progression to ensure timely execution and accurate forecasting.
- Support reps in closing complex, high-value opportunities and serve as a senior escalation point for customer needs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, and solutions engineering teams to optimize the sales process and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Champion CRM best practices, leveraging tools and analytics to drive insight-based decision-making.
- Partner with senior leadership to align regional strategies with company goals and market expansion efforts.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 5 years of successful leadership experience in technology sales, ideally within managed services, telecom, cloud, or unified communications.
- Proven track record of coaching high-performing sales teams and driving revenue growth in fast-paced, consultative environments.
- Strong grasp of B2B sales methodologies, pipeline development, and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for mentoring and team development.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools; ability to leverage data to inform decisions.
