Quality Manager
Location: On-site, Phoenix, AZ or Glendale, AZ

The Quality Manager will play a central role in shaping site quality strategy, supporting operational excellence, and driving measurable gains in product reliability and customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do
- Shape and strengthen a plant-wide quality strategy that supports high-volume manufacturing and dependable product performance
- Oversee quality systems aligned with ISO-based standards and support internal and external audit activity
- Partner with operations, engineering, and supply chain leaders to solve recurring production issues and improve first-pass yield
- Analyze operational data and performance trends, applying systematic problem-solving techniques to minimize quality issues, material waste, and production rework
- Guide supplier quality efforts, including issue resolution, corrective actions, and long-term performance improvement
- Own quality documentation, standard work, audit readiness, and training programs that reinforce consistency across the site
- Coach supervisors and frontline teams on quality expectations, problem solving, and process discipline
- Act as a key escalation point for customer quality concerns and help drive durable corrective actions
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality, operations, or a related field
- 5 or more years of quality leadership experience in a manufacturing setting
- Working knowledge of ISO-driven quality systems and structured quality improvement practices
- Experience leading cross functional teams in a production environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert quality data into action
- Clear communication skills and the ability to influence at multiple levels of the organization
Preferred Background
- Quality certification such as CQE or similar
- Experience in automotive or other high-volume industrial manufacturing
- Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, or other continuous improvement tools
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred
