Focus
- Lead all phases of commercial construction projects from planning and procurement through completion and turnover.
- Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and financial reporting to ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage subcontractor procurement, contract administration, and vendor relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review project costs, identify potential risks, and implement solutions to maintain schedule and budget objectives.
- Coordinate with field leadership, design teams, owners, consultants, and trade partners to drive project execution.
- Oversee change order management, payment applications, and project documentation while maintaining contract compliance.
- Facilitate project meetings, communicate progress with stakeholders, and resolve issues that could impact project performance.
- Promote a culture focused on safety, quality, and operational excellence across all project activities.
- Support successful project closeout, documentation, and client satisfaction.
Skill Set
- Proven commercial construction project management experience with responsibility for full project execution.
