Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to design and implement workforce development initiatives aligned with business goals
- Manage and enhance performance management programs, including annual reviews and ongoing check-ins
- Analyze workforce data and training metrics to inform strategic decisions and improve program effectiveness
- Develop scalable learning frameworks that support employee growth across multiple functions
- Collaborate with HR and talent teams to align development programs with workforce planning and budgeting
- Build structured career pathing models to support employee progression and organizational capability
Career Development and Performance Initiatives:
- Create and implement structured career pathways that align individual growth with organizational needs
- Design leadership development programs, mentorship opportunities, and peer learning initiatives
- Support internal leadership programs, including planning sessions, advancement criteria, and talent recognition processes
- Partner with managers to strengthen coaching, feedback, and accountability across teams
Talent Pipeline and Onboarding:
- Collaborate with talent acquisition partners to support early-career recruiting and internship programs
- Enhance onboarding processes to improve new hire integration, engagement, and productivity
- Build strategies to maintain a strong pipeline of emerging talent
Training and Knowledge Enablement:
- Coordinate technical and professional development programs across departments
- Introduce modern learning tools and technologies to improve accessibility and scalability of training
- Develop internal communications to promote learning opportunities and professional growth
- Capture and integrate lessons learned from project cycles into ongoing training efforts
- Support certification and licensure tracking, ensuring alignment with career development goals
Qualifications:
- 6 or more years of experience in learning and development, talent management, or workforce planning
- Background in professional services, architecture, engineering, or similar industries preferred
- Demonstrated success designing and implementing programs that improve employee performance and engagement
- Strong analytical skills with experience using HRIS or workforce analytics tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- A proactive, strategic mindset with a passion for developing people and driving organizational success
