Architectural Job Captain

What You Will Do
- Lead the development and coordination of construction documents across multiple projects
- Partner closely with project architects and project managers to bring design concepts into technical execution
- Manage project documentation from early design through permitting and construction phases
- Coordinate with external consultants including civil, structural, MEP, and other disciplines
- Ensure alignment with applicable building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Support entitlement and permitting processes, including agency submittals and responses
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to maintain project momentum
- Contribute to BIM modeling efforts and maintain accuracy across design documentation
- Balance multiple project timelines and priorities in a dynamic, multi-project environment
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture or related field preferred
- Approximately 5 or more years of experience in architectural project delivery
- Background in commercial, retail, or multi-site project environments is highly valued
- Strong understanding of construction documentation, detailing, and building systems
- Proficiency in Revit and familiarity with BIM coordination workflows
- Working knowledge of building codes, permitting processes, and construction administration
- Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and manage consultant coordination
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
