Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Representative to join our team in expanding our client base throughout Texas. This role combines relationship building, sales expertise, and hands-on product demonstrations to drive business growth in an assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at K-12 schools, colleges/universities, retirement communities, assisted living facilities, and restaurants
• Target key prospects including facility managers, maintenance directors, food service directors, and administrative staff at educational and senior care institutions
• Conduct professional product demonstrations showcasing specialized floor cleaning solutions for high-traffic environments
• Present customized cleaning solutions tailored to the unique needs of educational facilities, senior living environments, and food service establishments
• Understand and address specific requirements such as safety protocols, infection control standards, and high-traffic area maintenance
• Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and territory performance
• Collaborate with operations team to ensure seamless service delivery
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand business presence
• Provide market feedback to management regarding competitor activities and customer trends

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience servicing clients in Texas
• Clean driving record with valid Texas driver's license (required for company vehicle)
• Proven track record in sales or business development
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships
• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
• Comfortable conducting product demonstrations
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry experience in institutional cleaning, educational facility services, healthcare/senior living maintenance, or commercial kitchen/restaurant cleaning
• Existing relationships with school administrators, facility directors, senior living managers, or restaurant owners/managers in Texas
• Experience with floor care equipment and cleaning chemicals
• Bilingual capabilities (English/Spanish) preferred given diverse TX market

Territory Coverage

• Primary focus on Texas
• Regular travel throughout assigned territory required
• Home-based position with frequent client visits
