Day-to-day responsibilities include developing exhibition concepts, producing 3D and layout designs, selecting materials and finishes, and integrating graphics and visual narratives into the overall visitor experience. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams and external vendors, preparing presentation materials, revising designs based on feedback, and ensuring that all work aligns with project budgets, timelines, and technical requirements. Qualifications
- Strong exhibit and spatial design skills, including Exhibit Design and Interior Design, with the ability to plan visitor flow and create engaging environments.
- Proficiency in 3D Design tools and workflows to develop detailed models, visualizations, and production-ready drawings.
- Ability to integrate Graphics into exhibition layouts, including typography, signage, and visual storytelling elements.
- Solid Drawing skills for concept sketching, ideation, and communicating design intent to clients and fabrication teams.
- Experience with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, 3D modeling tools such as SketchUp, Rhino, or similar) and basic CAD drafting.
- Strong visual communication, attention to detail, and ability to balance creative ideas with technical and budget constraints.
- Effective collaboration skills, including clear communication, openness to feedback, and comfort working with cross-functional teams and vendors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Exhibition Design, Interior Design, Industrial Design, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Portfolio demonstrating exhibition, spatial, or experiential design work; experience with museum, trade show, retail, or brand environments is beneficial.
