Your Role
The End-to-End Member Experience Transformation and Health Plan Correspondence Output Management team is positioned to radically improve how we communicate with customers, aligning with our mission to make complex healthcare simple. The Strategic Planning & Performance Principal will report to the Senior Director and lead stakeholder engagement internally and with vendors, driving quality interactions, transparency, and performance oversight. This role requires solving complex challenges through innovative, scalable, and sustainable solutions, operating cross-functionally to meet success criteria while building a strong community of practice and standards across the transformation portfolio. Candidates must demonstrate proven business process, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and execute flawlessly.
Your Knowledge and Experience
Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Requires at least 10 years of prior relevant experience
Strong internal and external customer focus is a must
Outstanding conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Advanced skills in analytics / tool design with a record of implementing process tools and/or decision support mechanisms
Strong written and verbal communication, planning and organization skills
Mastery level PowerPoint and Excel skills a must
Must be detail, deadline and results-oriented
Must have excellent problem-solving skills
Must be proactive and exhibit initiative
Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skills - able to work with a variety of individuals and teams
Ability to adapt to rapidly changing demands; thrives in a dynamic environment
