Your Role
The Stellarus HRBP team partners with leaders to build organizations that can scale innovation, deliver results, and create an exceptional employee experience. The Principal, HR Business Partner, will report to the Senior Director, HR Business Partners for Stellarus. In this role you will be accountable for shaping and executing people strategies that enable Stellarus' business strategy. The Principal, HR Business Partner translates business priorities into integrated talent, organization, and leadership solutions that foster desired business results and a culture that is fit for purpose. This role has significant influence at the Senior Vice President, Vice President and Director levels, requires strong consulting and systems thinking skills, and demands comfort delivering candid guidance with empathy in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Your Knowledge and Experience
- Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; Master's degree preferred.
- Requires 10 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong track record operating as a strategic HR Business Partner in complex, fast moving environments.
- Requires experience operating in a high growth technology, matrixed, or transformation-oriented environment.
- Requires demonstrated expertise in organization design, talent strategy, succession planning, and change leadership.
- Requires proven ability to leverage data, analytics, and business insights to inform people decisions and influence leaders.
- Exceptional consulting, coaching, and communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences.
- Strong business acumen, including comfort engaging with financial and operational data.
Preferred credentials may include SPHR, SHRM-SCP or equivalent senior-level HR or transformation-focused certifications.
