The Health Data Strategy team is responsible for in advancing clinical data capabilities, supporting value-based care models and enabling digital health transformation. The DevOps Analyst will report to the Sr Manager over the Health Data Strategy IT Team. In this role you will be the comprehensive subject matter expert in the technology products/platform feature space and apply, learn, and extend your skills beyond formal role boundaries. Having a desire to help achieve transformational healthcare improvement should serve as the inspiration behind the ideal candidate's willingness to participate across many different activities within an agile working model. Knowledge & Experience
- Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience
- Requires at least 5 years of directly related professional experience and deep technical abilities in one or more primary products, programs, or technologies.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders and technical counterparts
- Excellent problem-solving and prioritization skills
- Demonstrated experience in collaborating with development and operations teams to streamline the product delivery lifecycle.
- Experience documenting agile workflows and processes.
- Experience utilizing the Atlassian suite of products
- Requires basic technical knowledge and experience including adherence to architectural design, development standards, security policies, and sustainable design practices
