Our Pool Maintenance Technicians are held to a high standard here at Blue Science. In this customer-facing role, you will be servicing and maintaining pools, inspecting equipment, and managing customer expectations daily. This position will be located in the North San Antonio, TX metroplex. Areas include Boerne, Spring Branch, Leon Springs, Helotes, Leon Valley, Canyon Lake, New Braunfels, Seguin, Selma, Windcrest, and Alamo Heights.

Job Description

• Perform weekly cleaning and maintenance on clients’ pools by skimming, vacuuming, and brushing walls and steps.
• Maintain and clean pool filters.
• Adjust, maintain, and regularly test the water to ensure proper chemistry.
• Consistently inspect pool and equipment; provide solutions and troubleshoot any issues.
• Resolve client or customer concerns and provide excellent customer care.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
  
  

Required Skills / Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and customer service skills.
• The ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to work outside year-round in a variety of conditions.
• Mechanical aptitude and pool experience (preferred but not required).
• A valid driver’s license and good driving record are required.
  
  

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma / GED (preferred but not required).
  
  

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday with weekend / Saturday opportunity!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $650 - $1,100 per week

Bonus Structure:

• $1,000 bonus after 90 days of satisfactory performance
• Additional $1,000 bonus after 180 days of continued satisfactory performance
