We’re looking for a friendly, motivated, and style-savvy Sales Associate to join our Western boutique team. The ideal candidate loves fashion, has a genuine passion for Western culture, and thrives in a customer-centered environment. This role is about more than just selling clothes it’s about helping customers express confidence and individuality through timeless Western style.
Key Responsibilities1. Customer Experience
- Greet every guest with warmth, authenticity, and enthusiasm.
- Provide personalized styling advice and assist customers in finding outfits that fit their personality and lifestyle.
- Build lasting relationships with repeat customers by remembering preferences and offering follow-ups on new arrivals.
- Ensure each customer leaves the boutique feeling valued and inspired.
2. Sales, Merchandising & Social Media
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, new arrivals, and seasonal trends.
- Assist with visual merchandising, ensuring displays reflect the Western aesthetic and brand story.
- Post regularly on social media (stories, product features, styling inspiration, and new arrivals) to engage customers and drive traffic.
- Create authentic, on-brand content that highlights boutique products and the Western lifestyle.
3. Operations
- Process and fulfill online orders accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with inventory management, restocking, and organizing product displays.
- Handle POS transactions, exchanges, and returns with care and professionalism.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
4. Teamwork & Brand Representation
- Support teammates and contribute to a positive, collaborative atmosphere.
- Embody the Western lifestyle combining grit, grace, and genuine hospitality.
- Represent the brand in-store and online with professionalism and authenticity.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or boutique experience preferred (Western or lifestyle brand experience a plus).
- Strong communication skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Confident using social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok preferred).
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available Wednesday–Saturday during posted hours.

Pay: $13.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
