Position Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Budtender to join our dispensary team. This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, product education, and compliant sales while ensuring a positive and welcoming environment for all patients and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide detailed product information and recommendations to customers
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS system
- Verify customer documentation and age requirements
- Maintain accurate inventory counts
- Follow all state and local cannabis regulations
- Ensure proper cash handling procedures
- Maintain organized and clean display areas
- Track customer purchase limits and compliance requirements
- Assist with inventory receiving and stocking
- Support visual merchandising and product displays
- Document customer feedback and preferences
- Participate in product knowledge training
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to obtain and maintain required state badges/permits for cannabis industry work / Background Check -$75.00 / Fingerprint - $43.00
