Are you an experienced Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC) looking for a flexible, impactful role? Blue Rose Consulting Group is seeking mission-driven professionals to lead behavioral health teams in high-demand situations, ensuring the well-being of unaccompanied minors during surge operations and backfill needs in San Diego, CA.

Your Role: Leadership When It Matters Most
- Lead & support a specialized behavioral health team during surges or backfill needs
- Conduct behavioral assessments & mental health evaluations for unaccompanied minors
- Provide immediate crisis intervention & trauma-informed support
- Ensure effective, culturally sensitive care in collaboration with facility staff
- Proactively engage with at-risk youth to ensure their well-being
- Mentor & guide behavioral health specialists in best practices
- Maintain accurate documentation & shift reports
Who We Need:
- Masters degree or higher in Behavioral Health (MS/MSW/MA)
- Independent License in California (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC)
- Experience leading or supervising behavioral health teams in fast-paced environments
- Strong crisis intervention & trauma-informed care expertise
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred, but not required
