Job Overview
Blue Rock Window Cleaning is looking for motivated, confident, and hardworking individuals to join our growing sales team in Arizona. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will help grow our customer base by going door-to-door, introducing homeowners to our window cleaning services, and booking new appointments.
No previous sales experience is required. We provide training, coaching, and the opportunity to develop valuable sales, communication, and leadership skills. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy meeting new people, working independently, and earning based on their performance.
Responsibilities
- Go door-to-door in residential neighborhoods to generate new business.
- Introduce homeowners to Blue Rock Window Cleaning and explain our services.
- Build relationships with potential customers and confidently communicate the value of our services.
- Generate leads, close sales, and schedule customer appointments.
- Follow up with prospective customers when needed.
- Maintain accurate customer information and appointment details.
- Represent the company professionally and provide excellent customer service.
- Work toward individual and team sales goals.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable approaching new people.
- Ability to work outdoors and walk residential neighborhoods.
- Willingness to receive coaching and improve sales performance.
- Previous sales experience is a plus but is not required.
