Junior Marketing Assistant

We’re a fast-growing team in Dallas, passionate about building strong client relationships and delivering meaningful marketing experiences. We’re looking for a Junior Marketing Assistant who’s motivated, personable, and eager to gain hands-on experience in marketing, client engagement, and events.

This is a strictly onsite position. All work will be carried out in person at our Dallas office and at client events — there are no hybrid or remote options. If you enjoy being face-to-face and thrive in a dynamic, people-focused environment, this is the role for you.

As our Junior Marketing Assistant, you’ll support daily marketing activities while also serving as a key point of contact for clients and customers. You’ll play an active role in promotional initiatives, event coordination, and client communications — giving you valuable, practical experience to grow your career.

• Client Support: Assist with client communications, making sure needs are met and relationships stay strong.

• Event Assistance: Help plan and coordinate in-person events, promotions, and activations.

• Promotional Activities: Organize marketing materials, displays, and campaigns that connect directly with customers.

• Team Support: Work closely with the marketing team to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

• Administrative Tasks: Handle scheduling, reporting, and general coordination as needed.

• Experience: Some background in marketing, events, sales, or customer-facing roles (internships count).

• People Skills: Strong communicator, approachable, and confident in face-to-face interactions.

• Organization: Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Mindset: Positive, proactive, and eager to learn — no task is too big or too small.

• Presence: Must be comfortable working onsite full-time, with no hybrid or remote work.

• Hands-on experience engaging directly with clients and customers.
