Your Daily Requirements

  • Responsible for day-to-day operations of running an apartment community, overseeing and enhancing its financial growth.
  • Maintaining positive high energy.
  • Flexibility and strong interpersonal skills are required.
  • Must have a minimum of 3-year experience in an Assistant Manager position and 2 years Leasing experience.
  • Strong Customer Service Skills.
  • Strong collection management skills.
  • Bilingual is a Plus!

Requirements

  • Prior experience in property management or a related field
  • College degree helpful.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in property management software such as Entrata/Avid.
  • Capability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Familiarity with landlord tenant laws and regulations.
  • Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Valid Driver's License.

Responsabilidades Diarias

  • Responsable de las operaciones diarias de una comunidad de apartamentos, supervisando y fortaleciendo su crecimiento financiero.
  • Mantener una actitud positiva y un alto nivel de energía.
  • Se requiere flexibilidad y sólidas habilidades interpersonales.
  • Mínimo de 3 años de experiencia en un puesto de Subgerente/Asistente de Gerencia y 2 años de experiencia en arrendamiento (leasing).
  • Sólidas habilidades de servicio al cliente.
  • Fuertes habilidades en gestión de cobros.
  • Ser bilingüe es una ventaja.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia previa en administración de propiedades o en un campo relacionado.
  • Título universitario deseable.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales.
  • Dominio de software de administración de propiedades como Entrata/Avid.
  • Capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas y establecer prioridades de manera eficaz.
  • Conocimiento de las leyes y regulaciones de arrendador e inquilino.
  • Compromiso con brindar un servicio al cliente excepcional.
  • Licencia de conducir válida.
