Job Skills / Requirements
This an RBR Alliance full-time job based in Salem, IN.
Assist the Shelter Director and Manager with shelter operations, direct client service, handling crisis and conflicts as they arise. Also, answers crisis calls and provides advocacy and support to victims.

Part- time 3rd shift:
Friday 8 pm-12 am
Rotating Saturdays 12 am- 8- am / 8 pm- 12 am
Sun 12 am-8 am
24 hours a week
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
