Blue River Services, Inc.
Join our team and make a meaningful impact by supporting adults with disabilities in a group home setting. We are looking for compassionate, dependable individuals who want to help others live more independent and fulfilling lives.
Available Shifts
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 2pm–9pm
- Saturday: 4pm–9pm
- Sunday: 1pm–8pm
- Monday–Thursday Overnights: 9pm–7am
What You’ll Do
- Provide supervision and support to adults with disabilities
- Assist with shopping, meal preparation, and housekeeping
- Promote independence and daily living skills
- Ensure a safe, positive, and supportive home environment
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not required)
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more
- Willingness to undergo training — we will train you!
Pay & Benefits
- $350 Sign-On Bonus
- Must be scheduled a minimum of 20 hours per week to qualify
- Weekend Shift Differential: additional $1.00/hour
- Overtime hours currently available (not guaranteed)
