Job Skills / Requirements
Life Skills Home Lead Instructor-Milltown
Provide meaningful support and instruction to adults with disabilities in a group home setting.
Hours:
- 1 Full-time 2nd shift Mon-Thurs (9 pm-7 am)
Qualified applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting residents with daily living tasks such as shopping, meal preparation, and general housekeeping
- Ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of all residents
- Overseeing the operation of the home during your shift
- Mentoring new Life Skills Instructors for their first three months, including training on home routines, behavioral goals, and documentation (in addition to training provided by key staff)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more
