Information Technology Systems Assistant
Location: Corydon, IN
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
RBR Alliance is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Information Technology Systems Assistant to join our team in Corydon, IN. This role supports agency-wide IT needs, helps maintain system security, provides technical assistance to staff, and assists with hardware, software, and network support.
The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to maintaining secure and efficient IT operations. This position works closely with the IT Systems Professional and supports staff across multiple locations.
Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting staff with IT issues and resolving helpdesk requests in a timely manner
- Assisting with maintaining hardware, software, and workstation setups
- Monitoring data backups, system security, and agency IT protocols
- Maintaining inventory of computers, peripherals, and software licenses
- Supporting the agency website and online training preparation
- Documenting IT activities, maintaining records, and following agency IT policies
- Assisting with special projects, compliance tasks, and equipment purchasing
- Providing support across multiple agency locations as needed

Qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree in Information Technology or 2 years of relevant IT experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database software
- Valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle liability insurance
- Must be at least 18 years old
