- Work 3–4 consistent shifts per week with no on-call responsibilities
- Licensed (or eligible) DVM in California
- 2 years of clinical experience preferred, but open to motivated new grads
- Interest in growing clinical or leadership skills over time
- Team-focused with excellent communication and a commitment to community care
- Salary or production-based pay model with up to $40K sign-on/relocation bonus
