Requirements
We are seeking a veterinarian who:
- DVM licensed (or eligible) in Vermont
- Enjoys building relationships with clients and coworkers
- Communicates clearly and compassionately
- Values teamwork and collaboration
- Has an interest in surgery (surgical experience is a plus)
- Has an interest in a variety of species
- Wants to continue learning and growing professionally
- Is excited about practicing diverse and interesting medicine
- Experienced veterinarians are encouraged to apply, but we also welcome recent graduates who are serious about developing their skills in a supportive mentoring environment.
Compensation & Schedule
- Full-time or part-time opportunities available
- Guaranteed base salary plus production
- Modified ProSal structure in subsequent years
- Expected first-year full-time earnings: $150,000
