Associate Veterinarian | Small, Supportive Team Near Lake Michigan | Mt. Pleasant, WI

1.5-DVM small animal practice focused on wellness, surgery, diagnostics, and acupuncture
Located in Mt. Pleasant—minutes from Lake Michigan and close to Milwaukee & Chicago
Supportive team with a family-like culture and “all hands on deck” attitude
Equipped with digital radiography, dental rads, in-house labs, and access to ultrasound
What You’ll Do
Provide medical and surgical care to dogs and cats in a community-focused setting
Collaborate with experienced staff while maintaining autonomy in a smaller team
Potential to shadow/learn orthopedic procedures from Medical Director
Optional opportunity to split time with nearby partner hospitals
Requirements
Licensed (or eligible) DVM in Wisconsin
Comfortable working independently and confident in clinical decision-making
Flexible, team-oriented, and motivated to deliver exceptional patient care
Interested in surgery, dentistry, or complementary medicine a plus
