You will play a crucial role in promoting Blue Ridge products and services to businesses in need of such products and services. This job involves various responsibilities and skills:
Job Responsibilities:
Product Knowledge: Have deep understanding of screen printing supplies, including inks, screens, squeegees, and equipment. Stay updated on the latest industry trends and product innovations. Understand DTF Printing and the benefits to screen printers.
Customer Prospecting: Identify potential customers in the screen printing industry, such as apparel companies, promotional product companies, and print shops. This may involve cold calling, networking, and attending trade shows.
Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively seeking out new ones. Provide exceptional customer service and support to build trust and loyalty.
Sales Presentations: Tailor presentations to meet the specific needs of each customer.
Technical Assistance: Offer technical support and guidance to customers regarding the use of screen and digital printing supplies and equipment. Be knowledgeable enough to address customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues.
Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
Skills and Qualifications:
Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of screen and DTF printing supplies and equipment, including their applications and features.
Sales Skills: Effective communication,negotiation, and teaching skills. Ability to identify and understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
Customer Service: Exceptional customer service skills to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Technical Knowledge: Exceptional technical knowledge related to screen & DTF printing processes and equipment is often beneficial.
Organization: Strong organizational skills to manage customer accounts and follow-ups efficiently.
Self-Motivation: The ability to work independently and meet sales targets without constant supervision.
Market Awareness: A good understanding of market trends, competitor products, and pricing strategies.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.
Education and Experience:
A high school diploma is typically the minimum educational requirement for this position, though a bachelor's degree in a relevant field can be an advantage. Sales experience, particularly in the screen printing or screen printing supplies, or actual screen printing experience, is a must.

Pay: $42,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
