Overview
We are seeking a full time commercial and residential roof repair technician to join our team. This person would have the title of "Service Technician". The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial, industrial and residential roofing. This role involves diagnosing roof leaks or deficiencies, locating the source of the issue, determining the correct repair needed and repairing the issue. This candidate will be reliable, professional and maintain exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose existing leaks or deficiencies on a commercial or residential roof.
- Properly pinpoint the source of the leak or reason for the deficiency.
- Make proper and clean repairs to leaks or deficiencies on commercial and residential roofing.
- Conduct inspections on commercial and residential roofs.
- Properly use all company mobile applications for service tickets, inspections and the like.
Skills
- 2 years in roofing required.
- Ability to operate telehandlers, forklifts, skid steers and boomlifts.
- Ability to efficiently and correctly utilize our company wide used mobile applications.
Training is provided for this position. However, this candidate is expected to have a minimum of 2 years in the roofing industry and the ability to utilize basic tools and equipment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
