- Manage daily service department operations, including scheduling, workflow, and customer interactions to maximize efficiency and satisfaction
- Supervise and support service technicians, ensuring high-quality work in areas such as leak diagnostics, inspections, small repair jobs, annual maintenance programs and more.
- Drive sales through upselling additional services elsewhere on the roof while maintaining excellent customer relationships
- Handle all service billing for all service tickets
- Monitor inventory levels for all service trucks
- Foster a team environment that emphasizes customer service excellence, technical expertise, and continuous improvement
- Schedule and host training for all service technicians.
- Commercial roofing service management
- Proven ability in leak diagnostics, commercial roofing knowledge, and repair procedures across various systems including TPO, PVC, EPDM, shingles, metal, etc.
- Skilled in upselling services while maintaining integrity and customer trust
- Experience in auto estimating software and service writing processes
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures and sales techniques within a commercial roofing setting
- Ability to lead a team effectively while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
