Personal Lines Account Associate

As a Personal Lines Account Associate, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Personal Lines Account Managers and ensuring a smooth experience for our clients. This position is all about accuracy, efficiency, and delivering exceptional service. What You’ll Do
- Keep things moving: Manage carrier daily activity reports and cancellations in our Agency Management System. You’ll contact clients to reinstate policies or connect them with the right team member for rewrites.
- Be the go-to resource: Assist clients with payment processing and billing questions.
- Stay ahead of renewals: Pull renewal documents from carrier sites and assign them to Account Managers.
- Handle updates: Process mortgagee changes and send Auto ID cards to clients.
- Spot opportunities: Identify account rounding possibilities and share them with the Account Manager.
- Connect with clients: Communicate via phone, email, and in person to provide outstanding service.
- Build relationships: Maintain positive connections with clients, carriers, vendors, and partners to ensure loyalty and retention.
- Stay sharp: Keep up with industry trends, new products, and technology to continuously improve your knowledge.
- Improve processes: Look for ways to enhance client service and share ideas with leadership.
- Follow best practices: Adhere to agency policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
What You Bring
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
- Positive attitude and team-player mindset.
- Bilingual skills are a plus!
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty Agent License within 12 months of hire.
