Role Description
As part of our brokerage team, you will advise and represent clients in lease and sale transactions while building and managing your own portfolio of business. Key Responsibilities
- Source and secure new business opportunities in the industrial and retail property markets
- Advise landlords, tenants, buyers, and investors throughout the transaction process
- Conduct market research and prepare professional proposals and presentations

- Collaborate with colleagues on cross-specialty deals and leverage referral opportunities within the firm
Qualifications
- Active Tennessee real estate license required
- Experience in commercial real estate sales, leasing, or relevant sales experience
- Familiarity with the Knoxville-area preferred
- Proven ability to generate business and maintain client relationships
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
