We are seeking a highly motivated, outgoing, detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our growing team in Warrenton, VA.
As the Office Admin, you will be responsible for providing customer, clerical and operations support as outlined below.
Hours: Monday-Friday (9:00 - 3:00) sun, rain, sleet, or snow! We are a full-service company operating year-round. We are looking for a reliable candidate to join our team.

What you will do as the Office Administrator:
· Pleasantly answer all incoming calls utilizing a multi-line phone system, solve problems, organize and research answers independently.
· Provide lead screening, vetting, and follow-through of lead and client requests, including phone sales.
· Utilize and maintain CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software with detail and accuracy.
· Work closely with Operations Manager and Technicians to ensure excellent client care, accurate lead tracking, problem resolution, and smooth day-to-day operations in the office.
· Provide next-level service to clients, staff, and vendors, while maintaining composure in a fast-paced environment.
· Organize and maintain department files, spreadsheets, software programs, and databases. Heavy computer/data entry and other general office duties.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
· Ability to multi-task in a professional manner.
· Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written forms.
· Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff and the general public.
Qualifications:
· High school or equivalent (Required), Associates Degree (Highly Preferred)
· Microsoft Office – Intermediate level - Word and Excel – 2 years (Required)
· QuickBooks - 2 years (Highly Preferred)
· CRM experience (Preferred)
· Customer Service - 2 years (Required)

Rate: $18-20 per hour, dependent upon experience
