Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective and existing customers through outbound calls, emails, and chat to promote products and services.
• Provide outstanding customer service by understanding customer needs, answering inquiries, and offering tailored solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems, ensuring data entry is precise and timely.
• Assist customers with order processing, including cash handling and payment transactions when necessary.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently by applying problem-solving skills and offering clear, professional communication.
• Support client communication efforts by writing clear, concise messages and follow-up correspondence.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets while maintaining high standards of phone etiquette and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, customer support, or call center roles with strong phone communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills for data entry and documentation.
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with a focus on clarity, professionalism, and active listening.
• Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts efficiently.
• Experience in outbound calling, customer service problem-solving, and client communication strategies.

Pay: $17.50 - $18.42 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
