JOB TITLE-Long Term Substitute Teacher/In-School Suspension Facilitator (Junior High School)
FLSA-Full Time-10 months
REPORTS TO: Principal
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must possess a valid Arizona Substitute or Teacher Certificate
- Valid IVP fingerprint clearance card issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety
- Reliable and punctual
- Enthusiasm for educating students grades K-12
- Organizational and communication skills
- Previous educational experience required
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintaining a safe and welcoming classroom environment
- Leading and facilitating activities for students
- Modeling positive and appropriate classroom behavior
- Maintaining a clean and organized classroom environment
- Supporting and assisting fellow staff and leadership
- Maintaining a high level of energy throughout the work day
- Flexibility for daily substitute assignments
- Facilitating In-School Suspension
- Other duties as assigned
Salary : $36,824
