Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate technicians’ daily service schedules and route optimization using ServiceTitan.
- Dispatch technicians based on location, availability, skill set, and job priority.
- Receive, inspect, log, and organize incoming parts, materials, and equipment shipments.
- Process, track, and manage manufacturer warranty claims and equipment registrations.
- Pull required job permits and assist with general administrative workflow.
- Communicate schedule updates, changes, and delays directly with service technicians.
- Maintain accurate job data, technician statuses, and tracking records in ServiceTitan.
- Oversee general office coordination, supply inventory, and administrative support tasks.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support field operations.
- Previous ServiceTitan experience is required.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of dispatching, fleet coordination, or administrative scheduling experience.
- Prior experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home services industries preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, detail orientation, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Comfortable managing physical shipments and organizing inventory/parts.
- Excellent internal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to take initiative with minimal supervision.
