Blue Ridge Haulers is hiring experienced Class A drivers in Pennsylvania for a Northeast regional fleet built around one simple promise: you are home every Saturday and Sunday. Every week. Not every other week. Not "when freight allows." Every weekend. Your 34-hour reset happens in your own bed, not a truck stop parking lot.
The Pay and Bonuses
- Base Pay: $0.80 to $0.85 CPM
- Weekly Average: $1,400 $1,600 (Top earners clear $1,850 )
- Sign-On Bonus: $4,000
- Consistent Miles: 1,800 to 2,200 miles per week
Additional Pay:
- Up to $0.03 CPM performance bonus
- Stop pay starting at $20/stop
- Detention pay after 2 hours
- Premium pay for optional NYC runs (available, never required)
The Lane and Equipment
- Operating Area: Northeast regional (Northern NC to Maine, as far west as Eastern Ohio).
- Freight: 100% No-Touch Dry Van (Mix of drop-and-hook and live loads).
- Equipment: 2021 or newer assigned trucks. No slip-seating.
- Occasional routes outside the primary area are available to keep your miles strong when needed.

Driver Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 3 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- Must meet all DOT requirements
