Ready for your first driving job? Train with an experienced mentor, then move into your own brand-new, fully loaded truck on our Eastern Regional Fleet — running routes that get you home every week.
Pay & Miles
- Guaranteed weekly pay during training
- $1,500-$1,600/week once solo
- Top 20% earn $1,800 /week
- 2,200-2,800 miles/week
- Paid every Friday via direct deposit
Training Program
- 4 to 6 weeks with an experienced trainer
- $300 orientation pay on your first paycheck
- Hands-on instruction on pre-trip inspections, backing, and logs
- Ride along and learn real routes before going solo
- Guaranteed weekly pay throughout training
- Immediate transition to full solo pay after successful completion

Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 120 hours of CDL school instruction
- Clean driving record
- Must meet DOT/FMCSA hiring requirements
New CDL-A holders are welcome — no experience needed, just the willingness to learn.
