We are currently hiring Class A CDL Drivers for regional dry-van routes. If you have recently earned your CDL-A and are looking for a stable company to start your professional career, we provide a structured environment with assigned equipment and consistent mileage.
Financial Package & Earnings
Solo Earnings: Average $1,200 $1,500 per week after training.
Base Rate: $0.55 CPM starting solo rate.
Training Pay: $650 weekly salary during the initial 4-week orientation/mentorship phase.
Performance Bonus: Monthly incentives of $0.04 to $0.06 CPM (Safety/Performance).
Full Benefits: Medical, Dental, and 401(k) eligibility after 30 days of employment.
Route & Equipment Details
Freight: 100% No-Touch Dry Van (60% Drop & Hook).
Equipment: Assigned late-model Freightliner Cascadia (Automatic).
Home Time: Consistent schedule with 2 days off every other week.
Operations: Primarily running regional lanes East of I-35.
Primary Responsibilities
Safe operation of a Class A commercial vehicle in compliance with all DOT safety regulations.
Maintaining accurate electronic logs (ELD) and adhering to hours-of-service (HOS) rules.
Conducting comprehensive pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
Professional communication with dispatch and customers regarding delivery windows and cargo status.
Qualifications (Strictly Required)
License: Active Class A CDL.
Education: Certificate of completion from an accredited CDL school (minimum 120-hour program).
Age: Minimum 21 years of age.
Compliance: Ability to pass a DOT physical, drug screen, and background check.
English Proficiency: Must be able to communicate effectively with dispatch and read road signs per DOT requirements.
