Blue Ridge Health is currently seeking a PRN (as needed) Pharmacist to be part of our Pharmacy Team.
No Nights or Weekends! Desire candidate with at least 2 weekdays available for flexible scheduling.

What You'll Do:
The Pharmacist serves patients by preparing medications, giving pharmacological information to a multidisciplinary health care team, and monitors patient drug therapies. Responsibilities include:
- Coordinates activities with pharmacist manager by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing the work of subordinate employees.
- Maintains records, prepares reports, and composes correspondence relative to the work.
- Consults with staff Physicians on the use, characteristics, and effects of drugs
- Maintains custody and control of narcotics
- Ability to recognize physical, chemical, and therapeutic incompatibilities
- Thorough knowledge of pharmacy, drug, narcotic, and related laws of the state of NC
- Monitor and analyze the health of the patient, with respect to the drugs that have been given to patient.
What We're Looking For:
- BS Pharmacy
- Appropriate licensure in North Carolina
