- Master's Degree: $27/hour Degree must be eligible to register as a Resident in Counseling or Supervise in Social Work.
- Licensed LPC or LCSW Pay: $34/hour
- 11% Shift Differential

Responsibilities
- Conduct crisis assessments, including psychiatric history, medication compliance, and substance abuse evaluation.
- Provide crisis counseling and intervention.
- Collaborate with police, magistrates, doctors, and family members to determine best possible outcomes and appropriate treatment plans.
- Provide referrals for ongoing care, such as inpatient hospitalization or community resources.
- Master's degree in social work, counseling, or a related field
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as a mental health professional
- Experience in crisis intervention and mental health assessment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Requirements
- Education: Master's degree in Counseling or Social Work that is eligible for registration as a Resident in Counseling or Supervisee in Social Work
- Certification/Licensure: Training provided to become a Certified Pre-screener within the first 6 months of employment. We will provide free licensure supervision to pursue licensure as Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
- Safe Driving Record: Candidates must have a valid Virginia driver's license with a safe driving record (no more than two moving violations in the last three years AND no criminal violations in the last five years).
- Background Check: Candidates who are offered a position are required to complete a background check and drug screen.
- Sign-on Bonus: New hires and rehires are eligible for a $2000 sign-on bonus: $1000 paid out on the first paycheck and $1000 paid out on the second paycheck.
