What are the responsibilities and job description for the (Internal Only) Manager, Centralized Support Services position at Blue Ridge Behavioral Healthcare?

The Manager leads teams of support staff at multiple locations in providing excellent internal and external customer service. The Manager oversees Centralized Support Services, which includes the Centralized Support Services, Access Specialists, and Executive Office Coordinator.
The Manager will be responsible for ensuring clients have a positive experience with efficient support points of contact. The Manager coordinates with clinical program leaders to ensure support team functions are effective and meet staff and client needs. The Manager also coordinates the process of agency vehicle insurance claims.

Hiring Range: $59,559-$64,688/annually

Minimum Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred, or candidates with equivalent work experience in healthcare administration will be considered.
- Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of clerical or administrative experience. At least one (1) year of supervisory experience is required. Experience in a healthcare or behavioral health setting preferred. Experience and knowledge of HIPAA confidentiality standards preferred.
- Background Check: Candidates offered a position are required to undergo a background check and drug screen.
