What You'll Do
• Lead a crew that trusts you — and earn that trust every single day
• Own the schedule: plan routes and job sequencing that keep crews moving and productive
• Set the safety and quality bar, and hold every job site to it
• Keep an eye on the numbers — labor, materials, equipment — and own your budget like it's your business
• Mentor your crew and help them grow into the next generation of Blue Ribbon Outdoor leaders
• Team up with other Production Managers to keep the whole operation running like a well-oiled machine
What You Bring
• Real crew leadership experience — landscaping, construction, or similar
• Sharp knowledge of landscape equipment, methods, and safety practices
• The ability to juggle schedules, budgets, and people without missing a beat
• A straight-shooting communication style that works with crews, clients, and leadership alike
• A valid driver's license with a clean record
• A love for being outside, rain or shine
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)? Even better
