Are you an experienced meat cutter with a strong work ethic and a passion for precision? Blue Ribbon Meats is seeking skilled professionals to join our team. We are a commercial butcher shop—not a slaughterhouse—focused on quality, service, and tradition.

Important Note: At this time, we are only considering candidates with a minimum of 5 years of proven meat cutting experience.
Position Overview:
- Morning Shift 8:30am start
- Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. above your head (when necessary)
- Cut meat orders to customer specifications
- Rotate stock, check code dates, and scan product for accuracy
- Follow established safety and sanitation procedures
- Maintain accurate records for special orders
- Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment
