We’re looking for an Operational Associate who wants to be in the middle of it all: operations, sales, sourcing, and problem-solving. This is a role for someone early in their career who wants real ownership, not busywork.
- Help drive key operational KPIs (OTD, inventory accuracy, freight cost, etc.)
- Step in wherever needed—warehouse, office, customer service
- Resolve customer issues quickly and at the highest level
- Process orders and purchase orders with precision and speed
- Identify and fix operational problems at the root
- Support quoting and sourcing across a wide supplier base
- Help move aging inventory and improve working capital
- Support key accounts and new business initiatives
- High attention to detail and strong work ethic
- Comfortable taking ownership and figuring things out
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves (office warehouse exposure)
- Desire to grow with a company and earn increasing responsibility
- Ability to work on site in Skokie, IL

- $50,000 base salary
- Up to $10,000 annual in quarterly performance bonuses
