Role Description
This is a contract Early Intervention Service Coordinator role with a hybrid work setup. The position is primarily remote and our program is based in Alamosa, CO, but most or all tasks can be performed remotely from home. Responsibilities for this role include coordinating and implementing early intervention services, maintaining accurate and timely documentation, collaborating with families and service providers, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. The coordinator will also support the development of individualized family service plans (IFSPs) and facilitate effective communication among all stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage multiple cases efficiently
- Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with families, providers, and team members
- Knowledge of early childhood development and experience in early intervention, family services, or a related field
- Familiarity with documentation, compliance, and maintaining confidential records
- Ability to work independently, with a strong sense of time management and accountability
- A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Education, Psychology, or a related field is preferred
