Job description
We are currently hiring full-time *Salary Non-Exempt* employees to train to become a Field Supervisor/Project Manager. This position will be responsible for leading the installation and removal of various sized events such as weddings and corporate events. Positions will start immediately with hands on training working up to 40 hours per week, as well as some overtime hours. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Oversee $40-$50k of business
- Job Foreman/oversee multiple job-sites simultaneously
- Pre-Install inspections/meetins with clients
- Quality, safety, efficiency
- Employee/Team Management
- Weekend work
- Restroom trailer delivery
All potential employees must be able to lift heavy objects ranging from 50-75lbs or more, as well as be able to endure a full day of work outside in the summer heat.
All candidates will be considered, however the best will fulfill the following traits:
- C-Class driver’s license or experience driving box trucks
- Self-motivated, organized and detail oriented
