We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our team. As the ADON, you will play a crucial role in providing leadership to our nursing staff and ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Director of Nursing in managing and overseeing all aspects of nursing services
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards in the delivery of nursing care
Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, including training and development opportunities
Monitor the quality of care provided and implement improvements as necessary
Assist with the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to nursing care
Participate in the recruitment and hiring of nursing personnel
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to nursing staff
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution
Valid nursing license in the state of Florida (LPN/RN)
