Blue Palms Health and Rehab Center at Fltecher is now hiring a Full Time MDS Coordinator, LPN or RN who is committed to providing the best life and care for our residents. Under the direction of the Director of Nursing, the MDS Coordinator, is responsible for implementing the assessment tool to identify needs/concerns of the resident and to coordinate a plan of care to assist the resident toward optimal wellness based on the highest practicable level of functioning. The MDS coordinator monitors patient care by assessing procedures, speaking with patients and recording medical codes. MDS coordinators also enter medical codes and are involved in medical billing processes, ensuring they maintain accurate medical records. Experience
MUST HAVE a "RN or LPN" Certification in Florida.
MDS and Quality Measure experience Required.
Must have great customer service skills.
Skilled Nursing Experience (Preferred).
