Role Overview
We are seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to support Blue Origin’s Customer Experience team. In this role, you will serve as a direct point of contact for customers, partners, and members of the public, helping ensure a high-quality and informative experience. You will handle inquiries related to programs, products, ticketing (where applicable), events, and general company information while maintaining a professional and mission-aligned tone.
This position is ideal for individuals who are highly organized, customer-focused, and enthusiastic about aerospace and emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and online channels with accuracy, professionalism, and timeliness.
- Provide clear information regarding Blue Origin programs, merchandise, events, and general company offerings.
- Document customer interactions and follow up as needed to ensure issue resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate technical, safety-sensitive, or specialized questions appropriately.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company initiatives, product updates, and messaging guidelines.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and communicate insights to support continuous improvement.
- Uphold strict confidentiality, safety, and compliance standards.
Basic Qualifications
